The Draft Recommended Transportation Plan has been modified from its initial version. The most significant change from the version that was presented at the public meeting is that the conversion of 5th Street to two-way has been removed from the Plan. Existing Traffic Conditions Technical Memorandum A draft Existing Conditions Technical Memorandum has been posted in the Maps and Documents section. This document provides a snapshot of existing traffic conditions for the downtown study area and will constitute one of the chapters in the final report. Parking Management Plan Development of a Parking Management Plan for the downtown area is underway. Please monitor this site for details. |
